This entire excursion lasts for 6 hours. Private Desert Dinner usually starts at 03.00 PM (Due to Summer, pickup time will be 4 PM from June till September) and winds up at 09.00 PM local time. To begin with, you’ll be ridden in a clean and air conditioned private 4×4 SUV Toyota Land Cruiser/Nissan Patrol to reach the desert. You will get to experience the adrenaline filled Dune Bashing followed by unlimited Sand Boarding and Gaze at the beautiful sunset along with Photographs. A typical Arabian treat is on offer as you reach your private Dinner Setup in the middle of the Desert. Enjoy your welcome with Arabic coffee and dates. Followed by an exotic spread of 4 Star Barbeque Dinner, Arabic sweets, and Fresh Salads. Also enjoy the aromatic hookah or shisha after you are done with your dinner and have a true Arab feel.

Itinerary

A bespoke itinerary has been made which will suit any tourist or traveller to the UAE. However, the itinerary can be altered to suit your comfort at any time. Kindly speak with our tour manager or guide to arrange for a tailor-made itinerary for yourself and your family.

Meeting You

Pick you up from Hotel, Apartment/Residence, Cruise Ship Terminal or *Airport by 03.00 PM (Due to Summer, pickup time will be 4 PM from June till September). Pick will be done in a Clean and Private Airconditioned 4x4 SUV Jeep (Land Cruiser/Nissan Patrol). Travel Distance to Desert is approximately 1 hour from Dubai.

Quad Bike

  • USD 45/AED 150 for each bike for Half an hour inside Fencing area.
  • USD 69/AED 250 for each bike for Half an hour outside Fencing area/ the real desert dunes. Leader accompanies with Quad bike.
  • USD 123/AED 450 for each bike for One hour outside Fencing area/ the real desert dunes. Leader accompanies with Quad bike.

  • USD 124/AED 450 for each buggy for Half an hour in the real desert dunes. Leader accompanies with Quad bike.

Dress code & Footwear

  • Winter clothing required during the months of Oct-Feb.
  • Its recommended to wear loose and comfortable clothes. For Men, it's recommended to wear Shorts/Cotton pants and for Women it's recommended to wear Pants and T-shirts as you will be more comfortable in the sand if you do sand boarding.
  • Its highly recommended to wear covered shoes.
  • Carrying Sunglasses are also a good option.
  • Least amount of jewellery is advised for the Women. Also carrying the least amount of personal belongings is a good idea.

 

Special Request

  • For Kids Under 5 years old - Upon request we will provide Comfortable Baby Seat/Booster Seat.
  • For Differently able people - We will take utmost care and wheelchair can be loaded in our vehicle.
  • Kids under Age 5 / Pregnant Women / Differently abled – please inform us while booking in order to make necessary arrangements.

 

Important Note

There is no toilet facility in this setup, but the calm and serene desert experience is worth it. However, we make sure to stop at any Gas Station to use the Clean Toilet rooms before we enter the Desert area in order for you to enjoy the dinner experience unhindered.

 

*For Dubai Airport pickup, guests to meet at the Lobby of Copthorne Airport Hotel / Millennium Airport Hotel, which is just 5 minutes away from the Airport.
