Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of services provided by Dubai Private Adventure (D P A TRAVEL & TOURISM L.L.C), a tour company based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By booking a tour or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please read this Agreement carefully before using our services.
Definitions

“Tour Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to Dubai Private Adventure (D P A TRAVEL & TOURISM L.L.C).

“Customer,” “you,” or “your” refers to the individual(s) booking a tour or using our services.

Booking and Payment:
  1. To book a tour, you must provide accurate and complete information.
  2. The prices quoted for our tours are subject to change without prior notice. However, once a booking is confirmed, the price is locked in.
  3. We accept payment through approved methods such as credit/debit cards, Online and Cash (AED/USD/EUR). For all currencies apart from AED, the amount shall be calculated based on the current exchange rate on the tour day.
Cancellation & Refund Policy:

By confirming a booking and making full payment, the customer agrees to the following cancellation and refund terms:

  1. Cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to the scheduled tour date
    A 100% refund of the total tour amount paid will be issued.
  2. Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours prior to the scheduled tour date
    A 50% refund of the total tour amount paid will be issued.
  3. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled tour date or on the day of the tour
    No refund shall be provided under any circumstances.
  4. No-Show Policy
    Failure to attend the tour at the scheduled time and location without prior written cancellation shall be treated as a no-show, and no refund will be issued.
  5. Method of Cancellation
    All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email or official WhatsApp number. Verbal cancellations will not be accepted.
  6. Refund Processing
    Approved refunds will be processed using the original method of payment. Processing time may take 7–14 working days, depending on the bank or payment provider.
  7. Non-Refundable Charges
    Any bank fees, payment gateway charges, or third-party service fees are non-refundable and may be deducted from the refund amount where applicable.
Tour Itinerary:
  1. We will provide you with a detailed itinerary for your tour. However, we reserve the right to make changes to the itinerary if necessary, considering factors such as weather conditions, safety concerns, or local regulations.
  2. We cannot be held responsible for any changes, delays, or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.
Code of Conduct:
  1. You are expected to behave in a responsible and respectful manner during the tour.
  2. You must follow the instructions and guidelines provided by our tour guides or representatives.
  3. Any damage caused to property or any violation of local laws or regulations during the tour will be your responsibility.
Liability and Insurance:
  1. We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for our operations, as required by law.
  2. We shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, damage, or delay caused during the tour, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
  3. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have adequate travel insurance coverage for the duration of the tour.
Privacy and Data Protection:

We may collect and process your personal information as necessary to provide our services. We will handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property:

All content and materials provided by us, including but not limited to logos, images, and text, are protected by intellectual property rights. You may not use, copy, or distribute our content without our explicit permission.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
  1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
  2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
Modifications:

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Agreement on our website.

By booking a tour or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Policy Updates:

Dubai Private Adventure reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice.
