Private Camel Trekking in the Dubai Desert

Your experience begins with a private pickup from your hotel, apartment or residence in Dubai. Your professional safari guide will drive you in a fully air-conditioned Toyota Land Cruiser 4x4 towards the desert, approximately one hour from Dubai.

At the camel meeting point, your camel and experienced camel handler will be ready for your adventure. Begin your traditional camel trek through the Dubai desert while your guide follows nearby in the private 4x4 vehicle.

Camel trekking offers a different way to experience the desert. Instead of travelling through the dunes by 4x4, you can enjoy the peaceful surroundings at a slower pace while experiencing a traditional form of desert transportation.

Desert Sunset and Sandboarding

Pickup and Drop-Off

Private pickup and drop-off are available from hotels, apartments and residences in Dubai.

The approximate driving time from Dubai to the desert area is around one hour each way, depending on your pickup location and traffic conditions.

For airport arrivals, Dubai Private Adventure does not provide direct pickup from inside Dubai International Airport with the safari vehicle. Guests can meet our driver from a nearby airport hotel, such as Copthorne Dubai Hotel or Millennium Airport Hotel, approximately 5–10 minutes from the airport.
